Harnoor’s research focuses on modelling the assembly of ribonucleoprotein complexes found in bacterial cells. His research utilizes Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to guide mesoscale simulations of protein binding to ribosomal RNA. In addition to research, Harnoor enjoys going on hikes, working out, playing chess, and watching soccer.
