Xikai’s research focuses on numerical modeling of particles and macromolecules in cells. His research employs atomistic and mesoscopic simulations to study the structure, interaction, and transport of molecules that underpin cellular function. Outside of research, Xikai enjoys parenting, soccer, and hiking.
